Sandburg Public Safety and Sandburg Student Life hosted an event today as part of National Campus Safety Awareness Month (NCSAM). Students visited with representatives from the Galesburg Firefighters Association, Galesburg, IL Police Department and Knox County Sheriff's Office, Illinois, and host tables. Participants also enjoyed mocktails, games, and drove a pedal car while wearing the Fatal Vision® alcohol impairment goggles, which simulate the impact of drug and alcohol on the human system. Thank you to the representing agencies for attending today and to everyone who made it out to have fun while talking about an important topic.

🚗 We're still cruising on the excitement from last weekend's Sandburg Car Show!

Here are a few of our favorite photos from the day. We're incredibly grateful for our community that always shows up, shows out, and makes these events so special. A huge thank you to everyone who exhibited a vehicle, attended, voted, and volunteered. 💙❤️

We're already excited to rev things back up for next year!🏎️
