We're still thinking about this year's 2026 CEHD Scholarship Reception! 🐴💛🤎

The Student Center was packed with scholarship recipients as they picked up their certificates, connected with faculty, and celebrated their hard-earned milestones surrounded by family and friends.

Highlights this year included jamming out to a live DJ, scoring awesome giveaways, a photo booth station to pose with a giant check, and of course the delicious food and root b**r float station! 🍦🎶

Studying abroad means trying new things, like a biomaterials workshop. Dagny, a Fashion Design and Environmental Sustainability Studies major combines the two during a weekend workshop while abroad in London. 🇬🇧

What an unforgettable evening at the 28th Annual College of Education and Human Development Alumni Awards! It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces in the crowd, including past award winners who came back to cheer on this year’s class. Without a doubt, the ceremony was the highlight of Homecoming week. 🌟

Congratulations again to all of this year’s honorees—Kelly Alvarez, Dr. Jiangang Xia, Jazz McKinney, and Dr. Rhae-Ann Booker (posthumously). Thank you for showing us what Bronco excellence looks like! 🤎💛

We are incredibly proud of WMU alumna Brea Pruitt B.S.'25. Brea completed her student internship at Arcadia Elementary School and we are thrilled to share that she has seamlessly transitioned into a full-time role as a 1st-grade teacher at the exact same school! 🐴🍎

Western Michigan University alumna Jacqueline Kelly B.S.'92 realized that peak athletic performance is just as much mental as it is physical. Now, she’s the Mental Performance Coach for Boston Legacy FC in the National Women's Soccer League! We are so proud of how she's using her exercise science degree to help pro athletes overcome mental roadblocks and succeed on the field. ⚽️🧠
