“Choosing WMU was both a practical and intuitive decision. The merit scholarships helped make it financially viable, but what genuinely drew me in was the program’s hands-on, build-oriented culture. I didn’t want a university where I’d spend four years in lecture halls—I wanted one where I could work on real problems, collaborate across disciplines and come out having actually made things.”

Thank you, Sutopa Suhrid, for sharing your story and photos. We’re so proud of you!
