Caregivers play an essential role in our communities, yet many continue to face significant challenges in accessing support, balancing work and care, and maintaining their own well-being.

Your work, experience, and ideas can help shape the future of carer support.

The Jockey Club Carer Space Project International Symposium 2026, entitled “Driving Evidence-informed Innovation and Enabling Environments for Sustainable Carer Support,” will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and carers from Hong Kong and around the world to exchange knowledge, research evidence, and innovative practices.

對象 ✅:
• 年滿18歲或以上的香港居民 🇭🇰🏙️
• 正在照顧最少一名60歲或以上的家庭成員 👴👵
• 每週提供至少6小時的照顧 ⏰
• 自我認定為家庭照顧者 🤝
• 能使用電子設備上網(如智能手機、平板電腦等)及以中文打字/書寫中文回答問題📱✍️
• 能聽懂廣東話及閱讀中文 📖

• 完成網上中文問卷
• 合資格人士將被邀請參加網上自助課程 (每次活動持續20至30分鐘) 🎥
• 完成三次問卷調查 (課程前、後及完成課程3個月後) 📊

The Sau Po Centre on Ageing at HKU and the Mighty Oaks Foundation are recruiting casual helpers for an intergenerational learning programme. Join us in helping primary school students and older adults complete questionnaires!

🗓 Dates in 2026
9 September (Wed) and 11 September (Fri)
14 October (Wed) and 23 October (Fri)
25 November (Wed) and 4 December (Fri)

📍 Location: Schools in Sha Tin and Ma On Shan
⏰ Duration: Approximately one hour per session; six sessions in total
💰 Pay: HK$75 per hour, based on actual hours worked

✅ All disciplines welcome
✅ Fluent Cantonese required
✅ Relevant communication experience preferred
✅ Applicants available for all six sessions will be prioritised
