Cervical cancer remains a major public‑health challenge across the Asia‑Oceania region, particularly within low‑ and middle‑income countries. While cervical cancer is highly preventable, inequities in access to HPV vaccination and screening services continue to persist.
We are pleased to invite you to an insightful session delivered by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧. During this lecture, Professor Bateson will review existing progress, share inspiring case studies from Australia and New Zealand, and discuss core strategies to accelerate regional efforts towards cervical‑cancer elimination. Participants will gain insights into how cross‑sector collaborations, innovative interventions and strengthened health‑system capacity can drive meaningful transformative impact.
