Yummy! Our culinary students have been working hard. 🌮🧁🥔

Prepared by students in the Culinary Training Program as part of their hands-on culinary education.
Featured meal for the week of Oct. 19:

🍽️ Loaded Chili-Baked Potato with Walking Taco
A hearty baked potato topped with rich, slow-simmered beef chili, served alongside a walking taco featuring:
Doritos or Fritos
Fresh diced tomatoes
Green onions
Taco sauce

🧁 Dessert
Butterscotch Buttercream Cupcake
Moist yellow cake
Fluffy butterscotch buttercream frosting
Made with marshmallow fluff and butterscotch pudding

$15 per meal
Limited quantity available. Only 30 meals will be offered each week.
Meals will be prepared fresh by our culinary students each Monday and delivered to Charlie's Café between 12-1 p.m. Meals will then be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out or no longer deemed fresh.
Every meal purchased supports student learning in the Culinary Training Program. In addition, a portion of student-prepared meals are shared with individuals and families in need through partnerships with local shelters and community organizations.

350+ eighth graders. Countless questions. Lots of learning. A little chaos. And a whole lot of fun!

Welcome to the Real World took over campus on October 2 as students participated in hands-on activities focused on financial literacy and career exploration. From budgeting and life decisions to exploring future careers, students got a glimpse of what life after high school can look like.

It's one of my favorite events, and I love seeing so much energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm from these future leaders! Thank you to everyone who helped inspire the next generation as they began exploring their future paths.
