Join the Women’s Alliance Network for “Uncorking Our Wins,” our end-of-year winery networking event where we’ll celebrate accomplishments, make new connections, and toast to a fantastic year together. Because honestly, networking just sounds better at a winery. 😉

Still smiling after such an incredible afternoon at Spring Into Action: Networking & Mentorship Celebration! 🌸✨

From 2–4 p.m. in the Rowan Hall Atrium, the energy was unmatched, full of inspiring conversations, meaningful connections, and a whole lot of empowerment. It was truly special to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of our mentor/mentee pairs and witness the impact of strong, supportive relationships in action.

Events like this remind us that when women come together, support one another, and share their experiences, powerful things happen (and yes… networking can actually be fun 😄).

Here’s to continuing to grow, uplift, and build a community where everyone can thrive. Let’s keep the momentum going, because this was just the beginning! See you all again in June!

Today was “Take Your Child to Work Day” at Rowan University and it was really special seeing many of our WAN Advisory Board members participate by bringing their kiddos along for the day.

It was a nice reminder of the many roles our Advisory Board members carry beyond meetings, projects, and events, and the different ways we all show up in both work and life.

Grateful to be part of a group that brings both professionalism and humanity into the same space.

From her dedicated leadership in ALG to the genuine care she shows each student, she creates an environment where everyone feels supported, included, and valued. What an incredible day at Next Level You: What’s Holding You Back? at Rowan University! 🎉

On March 9, 2026, we came together at the Chamberlain Student Center for a powerful, energizing conference filled with inspiration, connection, and growth. From the moment the day began, the room was filled with motivation and a shared commitment to leveling up personally and professionally.

A huge thank you to our keynote speaker, award-winning journalist Tracy Davidson, for delivering such an impactful and inspiring message. Throughout the day, attendees engaged in dynamic panels, interactive workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities that challenged us to reflect, grow, and take action.

This year’s theme encouraged us to confront what’s holding us back—whether it’s fear, limiting beliefs, or external barriers—and to move forward with confidence, resilience, and purpose. Together, we explored:

✨ Taking ownership of our journeys
✨ Building strong, supportive networks
✨ Prioritizing wellness and authenticity
