Our ANSC 489 class enjoyed an incredible demonstration of explosive detection skills by Officer Woods and K9 Shima, and Officer Bruce and K9 Holt. Beyond the impressive work, students saw the extraordinary bond and dedication between each handler and canine partner.
A huge thank you to Officer Woods and K9 Shima, and Officer Bruce and K9 Holt for sharing their time, expertise, and incredible partnership with our students.

Congratulations to Gracie Mourglea, a senior in Animal Science with a concentration in Veterinary Science, on taking home First Place in the Amateur Lite Shod Category at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration with Dixie Special! Their win was unanimous across all five judges' cards - what a fantastic accomplishment!
