The Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at The University of Hong Kong was established in 1961. The department has a world-wide reputation in clinical service, teaching, and research. As part of the Faculty of Medicine, it provides undergraduate teaching for medical students, post-graduate courses in medical sciences and carries out research in clinical and basic science related to orthopa

edics. As a part of the Hospital Authority, the department serves a major portion of the population of Hong Kong and provides post-graduate speciality training for surgeons.

[Reverse Arthroplasty and Tendon Transfer Strategies Course ]

We are delighted to wrap up the Reverse Arthroplasty and Tendon Transfer Strategies Course! It was a fantastic opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of RSA principles and tendon transfer techniques for challenging shoulder cases, all through expert lectures and hands-on cadaveric training.

A special thank you to our Course Chairman, Prof Tak Man WONG, and our distinguished faculty including Dr Ryuhei FURUKAWA from Japan, Prof Christian FANG and Dr Kevin Fok. Your dedication and expertise made this event a great success.
