【最新短期課程】「中醫與護理專業的臨床協作培訓課程」第二期現正招生
為貫徹落實《中醫藥發展藍圖》行動3.2--建設更全面中醫人才培養體系，鼓勵開辦中醫跨專業協作培訓，中醫藥發展基金透過「策略性主題委託項目資助計劃」的「配合中醫醫院發展需要的人才培訓項目」委託本機構開辦「中醫與護理專業的臨床協作培訓課程」，旨在協助中醫師及護士互相理解各自在門診及住院環境中的臨床工作及權責，並掌握在香港中醫醫院的職能分工及協作模式，以配合香港中醫醫院及香港中醫藥長遠發展的需求。

課程修讀期：2026年11月至2027年2月（理論課堂逢星期二及四晚上7-10時上課）
課程結構：60小時理論課堂及20小時臨床環境學習，共80小時（*課程設有出席率要求）
上課地點：香港都會大學校園（*臨床環境學習地點待定）
收生對象及條件：
1. 註冊中醫師須持有由香港中醫藥管理委員會發出的有效執業證明書
2. 註冊護士須持有由香港護士管理局發出的有效執業證明書，具有兩年或以上護理臨床服務經驗優先
3. 須為香港永久性居民

//隨著癌症治療不斷進步，患者的存活率顯著提升，但電療、化療帶來的不適仍加重患者的身心負擔。研究顯示，每日在家中自行按壓穴位如足三里、三陰交、神門穴及內關穴，可調節神經與內分泌，促進「快樂荷爾蒙」分泌，從而安全有效地紓緩不適並改善身心狀態。但患者在操作時應掌握正確力度與頻率，避開禁忌區域，並在開始前諮詢醫生或註冊中醫師以確保安全。//

【Silver energy 🏆 takes over the HKMU campus】Over 100 seniors proved that age is no barrier to innovation — they not only tried out a cutting-edge seated Tai Chi exergame but also set an SDG World Record together! The School of Nursing and Health Sciences, in partnership with the Kowloon City District Office and District Care Teams, hosted "Sustainable Silver Ageing in Action: Tai Chi Exergaming World Record" on campus. Over 100 seniors experienced seated Tai Chi exergaming and set the SDG World Record for "Most Cumulative Participation of Senior Seated Tai Chi Exergaming Experience," in support of UN SDG 3.4 — Good Health and Well-being 🌱 The ceremony was officiated by Miss Alice Mak, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs; The Hon Yang Wing-kit, Legislative Council member; Miss Lam I-ching, District Officer (Kowloon City); Mr Leo Lai, Official Adjudicator of the SDG World Records; Prof. Paul Lam Kwan-sing, HKMU President; and Prof. Janet Wong Yuen-ha, Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. 【Inauguration and White Coat Ceremony 2026🩺】The 2026 Inauguration and White Coat Ceremony for new students was held with great success. The School of Nursing and Health Sciences welcomed a new cohort from four disciplines — Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Science, and Diagnostic Radiography, which joins the ceremony for the first time this year — marking the start of a new generation’s healthcare journey. 💙

Through donning the white coat, reciting the pledge, and lighting candles, students formally embraced their identity and mission as healthcare professionals. From this moment on, the white coat is more than a uniform: it carries professional integrity, passion, and a commitment to safeguarding public health, symbolising the beginning of their journey to care for others.

//銀屑病俗稱「牛皮癬」，是一種不具傳染性的慢性自體免疫系統失調疾病，因發炎導致皮膚細胞更新過快，形成銀白色鱗屑斑塊。穩定病情的關鍵是配合藥物治療，同時做好日常皮膚護理，例如溫水沐浴、做好頭皮與指甲護理、適度曬太陽等，並採取抗炎策略，配合均衡飲食、戒煙酒及保持恆常運動，以免病情反彈或惡化。//

【都大辦「太極電玩」活動　逾百名長者共創SDG世界紀錄🏆HKMU hosts “Tai Chi Exergaming” event: Over 100 seniors set SDG World Record together】

超過100位「老友記」今早齊集都大校園，一同體驗「太極電玩」，並成功創下「最高累積參與的長者坐式太極健身遊戲體驗」SDG世界紀錄！🎮☯️

這款「太極電玩」由都大運動遊戲研究中心與企業伙伴合作研發，將傳統太極融入有趣的互動遊戲，讓長者安坐參與，既安全又能改善平衡力、柔軟度與心肺功能，同時降低跌倒風險，促進身心健康。🧓👵

擔任活動主禮嘉賓的民政及青年事務局局長麥美娟女士，感謝都大積極研發樂齡科技，為提升長者生活質素及應對人口老化貢獻力量，今次活動融合「醫療護理」與「社區服務」，將專業醫療科技帶入社區關愛層面。🩺 一同主禮還包括立法會議員楊永杰議員和九龍城民政事務專員林苡晴女士。

都大校長林群聲教授則表示，都大持續推動長者健康與福祉，並將「樂齡科技」列為重點研究範疇之一。他說：「我們期望聯同政府與業界夥伴，攜手共建更舒適、更包容、更適合長者安居的社區。」🤝🏡

Over 100 golden agers gathered on the HKMU campus this morning to experience “Tai Chi Exergaming” together. They set a new SDG world record for the “Most Cumulative Participation of Senior Seated Tai Chi Exergaming Experience”!🎮☯️

“Tai Chi Exergaming” was jointly developed by HKMU’s Exergaming Research Centre (ERC) and an industry partner, integrating traditional tai chi into a fun and interactive game that allows seniors to participate while safely seated. It helps improve balance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory function, while reducing the risk of falls and supporting physical and mental health. 🧓👵

As an officiating guest of the event, Miss Alice Mak, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs of the HKSAR Government, expressed her appreciation for HKMU’s proactive efforts in advancing gerontechnology, enhancing seniors’ quality of life, and addressing the challenges of an ageing population. She noted that this event integrates healthcare and community services, bringing professional healthcare technology into the community-care setting. 🩺 Other officiating guests included The Hon Yang Wing-kit, LegCo member, and Miss Lam I-ching, District Officer (Kowloon City).

Prof. Paul Lam Kwan-sing, HKMU President, emphasised that HKMU is dedicated to promoting elderly health and well-being and has identified gerontechnology as one of its key research areas.
