Leadership Lab — Values! 🦫
Discover the values that shape your decisions, goals, and relationships, and learn how they influence your approach to leadership and life. Through interactive activities and discussion, you’ll build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and explore your leadership potential! Snacks are provided!

Your organization could earn up to $100 while building stronger leaders!

$25 will be provided to Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) that send an officer or member for up to 4 officers/ members per org for attending ONE of our leadership workshops, with up to 4 attendees per organization!

What’s in it for you?
Discover your strengths, learn how to use them to help organizations thrive, and build skills to create the impact you want to make. You’ll take a self assessment and learn how to put your strengths into practice through interactive activities, discussion, and action planning.

All Students are welcome! Club officers & members are highly encouraged to attend.
Choose ONE workshop- all four sessions offer the same content. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance so you have enough time to complete the prep work!

Congratulations to Lili Daniels for being recognized through the Schoenstein Sustaining Excellence Scholarship for dedication to advancing a more caring and equitable OSU and local community! 🧡 Lili is a second year student studying Botany and Sustainability, with minors in Spanish and Chemistry. Lili is involved in various clubs and orgs around campus, including the Climate Action Team, Sustainability in Business Club, and Residence Hall Association RHA. 🪻🪴🌺 She finds leadership by beind a resource for others, and draws on her biggest strength: creativity. We are excited to highlight her leadership through the Beaver Tales initiative! Beaver Tales uplifts student voices, showcases ways to lead, and inspires others to get involved through storytelling that celebrates the diverse journeys of OSU students.
