and faculty from the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering participated in the inaugural Fusion Innovation Bootcamp, a two-week entrepreneurship and innovation-focused training program, held at Tennessee State University.

Sarah Mobley has been named the new director of safety for the Tickle College of Engineering.

“I am honored and excited to step into this director of safety role within the Tickle College of Engineering,” Mobley said. “Safety is fundamental to our mission of teaching, research, and innovation, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation established by Bill Dunne.”

The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is searching for a new Senior Financial Associate. We are looking to hire a qualified candidate with experience in accounting and human resources.

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, the Sr. Financial Associate assists faculty and staff with fiscal and HR policy compliance, grant agency guidelines, and is responsible for addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner. The position represents the unit professionally, dealing with individuals and organizations outside the university.
