Hello and Happy New Years from APO Nu Rho!

My name is Nathan Kulp and I am the new executive vice president of Nu Rho for the 2025 calendar year.

As Alpha Phi Omega approaches its centennial, the Nu Rho chapter wants to increase alumni involvement and engagement. Winter is the time of year where William & Mary students often get a jumpstart on applications for summer internships and employment. There are few things that would mean more to our brothers than information about career opportunities. If you would like to support the success of our chapter members and pass along any “older brother” wisdom, please share any leads on available jobs or internships for this upcoming summer to [email protected]. Please also include any details that you think are important such as contact information and a description of the opportunity. This information will then be distributed to the chapter. Thank you for your continued support of your brothers. We look forward to strengthening the bond between current Nu Rho members and alumni!

Best regards,

Nathan Kulp

Hi all,

My name is Jordan Lerner and I am the current Historian of APO Nu Rho. One of our brothers lost her family home due to the recent wildfires in Hardy County, WV. There is a GoFundMe (linked below) to raise money to support them during this time. If you can, please donate; no amount is too small.

Thank you for your continued support of Nu Rho, LFS💙💛

The Nu Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega is an organization committed to Friendship, Leadership, and Service for all, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. We condemn and denounce racism, police brutality, hate, violence, and bigotry as we call for all of Alpha Phi Omega to stand with our black community members in the battle against inequality and systemic racism. Alpha Phi Omega - Nu Rho stands with the Black Lives Matter movement, and we grieve the losses of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, and countless others who have been murdered. Our chapter can, and will, do more to better educate and empower students on becoming stronger, more inclusive community leaders.
---
We acknowledge the deep history of oppression at the College of William & Mary. We also acknowledge the privilege we hold as students at William & Mary. We are calling for the administration to take more action than their initial statement, by making a public statement that will not only condemn the actions of police brutality but will assure black students that nothing like this will ever happen on our campus.
---
In the face of racism, discrimination, and hatred, we will not stand silent. Let us work together to seek equity, justice, and further inclusivity for our campus and our communities.
---
To Black People who are hurting and grieving: We see you, we hear you, and we support you.
