As part of our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), the JCC DEI Committee organised a Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) Awareness seminar on 7 October 2026.

With over 100 staff and students in attendance, the seminar provided an opportunity to explore the diverse experiences of gender and sexuality, learn about inclusive language and pronoun usage, and discuss ways to support SOGIE communities through allyship and understanding.

Together, we strive to build a more equitable, respectful and supportive environment for all.
