Congratulations, Rebecca Dousay, on earning your Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences.

Rebecca is from Hineston, LA where she lives with her husband Joseph and our 2 children, Austin and Karlie. She graduated from Central Hardin High School in Cecilia, KY. After high school, she attended Elizabethtown Community College graduating with an Associate in Arts, as well as an Associate in Science. She went on to become a Registered Rad Tech in both Radiography and CT. She is currently employed with the Rapides Parish School Board. My future plans are to complete the ITeach program and become a certified elementary teacher.

Eden Gilmore is from Pass Christian, MS.
She has been working in the Cath Lab as an interventional radiologic technologist since 2021 and is currently employed at Singing River Gulfport.
She earned her RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) credential through CCI and my CI (Cardiac Interventional) credential through the ARRT.
She graduated from Newton County High School in Decatur, MS. She earned her Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Gautier, MS.

Mindy Rigney graduated today with your BSRS degree.
She lives in Arnaudville, LA. Mindy graduated in 2011 from LSUA with an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
She has been a radiology technologist for 15 years and currently works at Acadia St. Landry Hospital.
She plans to further my career in radiology by earning additional credentials and pursuing a leadership role.

Amelia Strahan is from Marthaville, LA. During her time in the program, Amelia has been on the Dean’s list. After graduation, she will be working at Specialists Hospital in Shreveport, LA, working as a radiographer in surgery. Her time in the BSRS program has shown her that she may be interested in continuing her education in other healthcare professions such as nursing.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

Halie Stevenson is from Shreveport, LA. While in the BSRS program, she has served as her class President, was the Shreveport Radiography program tutor, and became a member of Lambda Nu. She has accepted a position working at Minden Medical Center in diagnostic radiography. She plans to come back to NSU to obtain her master's degree in radiologic sciences, and hopes to come back to teach in the radiography program.
